What sort of information do we collect?
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; computer and connection information and purchase history if any of these are applicable (e.g. through membership sign-up in order to comment on blog or forum pages, or to purchase tickets to events through EventBrite). We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications), comments, feedback, recommendations, and personal profile if applicable.
We do not process payments directly. Any payments for events are taken via Eventbrite and all are encrypted. We only see your email address. Any payments for merchandise are through a third-party and again, we would only see email and name information. Any donations given through Paypal will show your Paypal details. We do not see your credit card information.
We promise not to sell or share your email and name information with any third party, and we will not contact you for anything beyond what you have given permission for (e.g. newsletter/mailing-list sign-ups).
How do we collect your information?
When you conduct a transaction on our website (defined in this case as subscribing to a newsletter or creating a membership account to comment on a blog page or forum), as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our group is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to share information with you or link you to services such as ticket purchasing or merchandise through a third-party. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
How do we communicate with our site visitors?
Our site may track personal information such as ISP through the use of cookies. We do not use this information for anything other than its intended purpose. We do not add your name or details to any mailing lists without your express action/sign-up, such as the subscribe box.
It's important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through the Wix App Market, placing cookies or utilising other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by the Wix Privacy Policy but through the individual third-party company’s terms and conditions.
